Ferdinand “Ferd” Lucas
Ferd is the founder of the real estate firm now known as Gallery 360 at its present site on Hingham Harbor in 1975. He has been actively engaged in the listing, selling and appraising of real estate on the South Shore for over 32 years. Ferd is also the past President of the Plymouth County Multiple Listing Service and past Director of the Plymouth County Board of Realtors and the Massachusetts Board of Realtors.

Born in Lock Haven, PA, Ferd graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. He is happily married to Linda Lucas and they reside in Hingham. Ferd has a daughter, Sarah and a granddaugter, Georgia who live on the Isle of Wight, England. His favorite past time is traveling to England!

Linda Lucas
Hingham has been Linda’s home for most of her life. She attended Hingham Schools and is a graduate of Skidmore College. Linda has been a top real estate producer at Gallery 360 for 22 years. She has been recognized both nationally and locally for her outstanding sales achievements. Linda has been active on the Plymouth and South Shore Board of Realtors, serving as treasurer of the Association and 6 years on the Board of Directors. When not listing and selling real estate, Linda can be found playing golf and tennis at Cohasset Golf Club or involved in Gardening projects with the Hingham Garden Club.

Suzy Collins

Suzy Collins has been a Hingham resident and active in the local community for the past 42 years. A graduate of Penn Hall School for Girls in Chambersburg, PA and Finch College in Manhattan, Suzy brings over 25 years of real estate experience to the Gallery 360 Real Estate team.

She began her career after college with commercial real estate developers Kennelworth Associates of Manhattan. There she worked on commercial real estate site development projects. She later moved back to Hingham, owned two retail shops in town and was involved in the Hingham Merchants Association.

Today, Suzy boasts an excellent real estate track record for her service across South Shore Communities since 1980. She is an expert and specialist in the area of new construction and antique restoration having been directly involved in numerous projects herself over the years.

Suzy has been a life long member of the Hingham Yacht Club and is a past President of the Yacht Racing Union of Massachusetts Bay. She also served as a Regional Representative to the New England Yacht Racing Council, as well as Chairing committees and serving as the New England Representative for the United States Yacht Racing Union.

In her spare time, Suzy channels her passion for building and restoration into personal real estate projects of her own.

Jennifer Richardsson
Jennifer recently joined the Gallery 360 team from a Director of Sales position with a large New England based company. A third generation resident of Hingham, she and her husband, Rex, and their son, William, also make their home in town.

Since joining Gallery 360 Real Estate a year and a half ago, Jennifer has successfully sold more than $15 million worth of real estate.  She attributes her success to the hard-working, team-oriented atmosphere of the company.

A graduate of Simmons College in Boston with a major in Advertising and Communications, Jennifer is an active member of the South Shore and Plymouth County Board of Realtors. She has developed a reputation for providing outstanding service in the listing and selling of real estate on the South Shore.

Jessica Fitzpatrick
A South Shore resident for nearly 10 years, Jessica joins Gallery 360 with over 12 years of Sales and Marketing experience. She graduated with a double major from Bowdoin College in 1992 and is fluent in Spanish.

Jessica is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors. She brings her passion for helping people and businesses achieve their goals into every real estate transaction. Intelligence and integrity are her competitive advantage.

Jessica’s desire to make a difference is also reflected in her philanthropic activities. She is an annual participant in the Hingham Cohasset Scituate Hull Relay for Life and the Avon Breast Cancer Two Day in Boston. In her free time, Jessica volunteers as a Youth Soccer Coach in Cohasset and previously, in Scituate. She has also coached at Scituate High School.

Marie Driscoll Hanlon
Marie, a lifelong resident of Hingham, attended Hingham public schools, graduated from Notre Dame Academy and graduated from Regis College with Bachelor of Art’s degree in Economics. With more than 20 years of experience as a real estate agent, with the Gallery 360 office in Hingham, Marie has marketed and sold a wide variety of properties on the South Shore. Historically, 80% of Marie’s sales volume is generated through past customers or personal referrals.

Cindy Swartwood
Cindy (Cutler) Swartwood grew up in Hingham. She graduated from Thayer Academy in Braintree and University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She has lived and worked in London, Boston and Chicago before moving to Cohasset in 1998, where she lives today.

Cindy began working as a real estate salesperson in 1997 for Carlson Real Estate in Boston. She has been with Gallery 360 since moving back to the South Shore in 1998. Cindy is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has been certified with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1997.

Cindy has been an active member of the Vincent Club (Mass General Hospital) in Boston since 1997 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Our World Children's Global Discovery Museum in Cohasset. She is married with three children and a great big Bernese Mountain Dog!
