When you list your home with Gallery 360 Real Estate, you are not listing with
just one agent, but a team of professionals who are legally, ethically and morally
looking out for your very best interests.
It is our goal to help you set the optimum price for your property and to attract
as many qualified buyers as possible to your home until it is sold.
Ultimately, we will help you get the best possible price for your property
while simultaneously managing the process to keep it smooth and efficient.
The first step to marketing your property is to prepare a written market analysis
(CMA) to justify our price to qualified buyers. Your listing is then submitted
to the MLS, Inc. to expose your property to thousands of real estate professionals
and potential buyers on the Internet and in print.
We will also arrange tours of your home to provide first hand knowledge of your
property to all of our agents. You will have the benefit of the compound knowledge
of our entire team.
In the meantime, our team will advise you on how to enhance your home to make
it more attractive to buyers (See "how to prepare your home...)
We will create appropriate, attractive and compelling collateral to help inform
other Realtors about the features and benefits of your home. We will "entertain"
in your home and the property to other agents for maximum exposure to all cooperating
brokers.
And then comes the Gallery 360 Real Estate advertising budget and how it is spent
to your advantage. We are not a corporation out to promote our national brand.
At Gallery 360, we think the huge majority of advertising money should be spent
promoting your property and not our name, logo or image.
In addition to advertising, we will place a sign on your property to promote exposure,
help pre-qualify buyers, present all contracts and assist you in negotiating the
best possible price and terms.
We will be in constant contact throughout the selling process. We often joke that
"you'll be sick of us" but so far, that has never been the case. Our
loyal customers appreciate the time and care that we take in handling each and
every property listing.
When your house is under agreement, our work has just begun. We will meet the
appraiser and/or inspector, advise on financing and moving and facilitate your
closing. And we love every minute of it!
